Terms and conditions

Through its website www.trapaniairportbus.com offers transfer services by minibus with capacity from 1 to 8 passengers. The type of service is that of the transfer Shuttle "sharing" according to which, after booking online at the website, the customer buys one or more seats (according to need and availability) of a particular shuttle, identified among those proposals according to the scheduled time of departure or arrival of its flight. The service will not be exclusive, therefore, most likely the transfer can be shared with other passengers.

RESERVATIONS "ONLINE"

1a. The service is guaranteed for bookings made within 24 hours from the date chosen
a. When two or more people are included in the same reservation on line, or when the reservation "on line" is made on behalf of third parties, the person making the reservation (customer) will be considered as an agent in respect of the other members of the group (passengers) and, therefore, accept, on their behalf, the present conditions of service proposed by www.trapaniairportbus.com .
b. When booking online the customer claims and ensures that all data provided correspond to reality, are correct, complete.
c. The booking confirmation (Transport Voucher) is in effect the ticket. This should be printed, and led to the following driver to www.trapaniairportbus.com shown before each transfer. The "Booking Request", however, has no validity as a business travel.
d. And 'the customer's responsibility to check that all information printed on the Ticket Travel actually correspond to those chosen by him at the time of booking. Any errors must be communicated by e-mail at info@trapaniairportbus.com, prior to the execution of the service.
e. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a valid mobile telephone number of at least one of the passengers, including any international prefix, just in case, given that the departure time from the agreed pick up locations may vary in case of bad weather or heavy traffic or any other reason that jeopardizes the usual regular operation. If the passenger does not have a mobile phone, the telephone number of the home or accommodation facility where the passenger is staying must be indicated. Any change in the pick up time will be notified via telephone or text message by www.trapaniairportbus.com within 24/36 hours prior to the transfer. It is therefore the passengers' responsibility to check any messages received on their mobile phones from www.trapaniairportbus.com. No reservations will be made where no telephone contact is indicated. Please note that drivers are authorized to wait for passengers for a maximum of 5 minutes from the scheduled departure time of the shuttle.
f. In case of cancellation NO REFUND will be made.
g. The legal rights of the customer may in no case be denied or diminished.
h. These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Italian law. For any disputes that may arise between you and www.trapaniairportbus.com will be competent Court of Trapani.

LUGGAGE
If the customer is carrying golf bags or bike, for which there may be a premium price, will have to add it in the spaces provided upon reservation. In case of failure to www.trapaniairportbus.com , or its suppliers, you can refuse to carry items not declared. lost or damaged luggage. Luggage forgotten in the vehicle which carried out the transport service will address given by the customer at his own expense.
www.trapaniairportbus.com will do everything to meet any special requests indicated in the space provided by its customers, but it is not, however, obliged to do so.

TRANSPORT
a. Smoking is not permitted on board the vehicles of www.trapaniairportbus.com and its suppliers.
b. The drivers of www.trapaniairportbus.com , and any of its suppliers, may refuse to transport anyone who may be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered threatening to the driver, the vehicles or for other passengers.
c. t is not permitted to introduce alcoholic beverages or drugs into the vehicles used by www.trapaniairportbus.com with the intention of consuming them.
d. All vehicles, and any of its suppliers, are properly insured for third party liability under current regulations.

CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, REFUNDS
In case of cancellation NO REFUND will be made.
